Chief Executive Officer
Stuart is an experienced Chairman and Chief Executive, who has developed and successfully managed a number of UK and US businesses in office technology and the Internet.
He was founder and Chief Executive of Eurofax Ltd., Alto Group Ltd, and founder and Chairman of Oneview.net plc, B2B Internet Service Provider which went public via IPO in 1999 before its eventual sale .
In addition, Stuart is an investor in several others business, all in the Internet Software and Electronics sectors.

| Vaughn Liley Vice President Sales
Vaughn has over 20 years of sales management experience. His Software experience includes being Sales Rep of the Year for the UK for Veritas, a multi-billion dollar enterprise (now part of Symantec) and runner-up globally. He then ran their South African sales office . This led him to become the founder of a successful business in the same data back up /storage software field and has successfully sold back up reporting software in the SaaS model in the United States. Vaughn is responsible for recruiting, training and motivating the sales teams and refining the sales methodology he has used so well over many years. |

| Tony Farrow Chief Operating Officer
Tony has over twenty years of entrepreneurial experience managing and developing enterprise software companies. Prior to joining Stimulus Medical, LLC., he owned and operated three business brokerage offices in Florida. From 2005 to 2006 he was CEO of Pool.COM, an internet based technology company focusing on the re-sale market of Internet Domain Names. Tony has been an active angel investor and board member in Futura (TSX:FUT). In addition, he has invested in medically related companies such as DNA Genotek, and Vector Innovations. He graduated with a Bachelor of Computer Science (BCS) from Acadia University, Nova Scotia.

| John P. Katona, M.D., F.A.C.S.  Medical Director
During his more than twenty years as a successful, respected and recognized medical and surgical practitioner-manager in a high volume, high complexity adult and pediatric urology practice, Dr. Katona has held leadership positions in numerous peer review, professional and community organizations with recognition by peers, community leaders and the media. John has founded and served as Director of Independent Physicians’ Associations, developed highly successful practice promotion and public relations programs, implemented, organized and managed both solo and multi-physician practices, including multi-practice mergers. As Chief Medical Officer, it is John’s role to communicate with our Clients on a peer-to-peer basis and to assure that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. |

| Cathy Zibbel Chief Financial Officer
Cathy oversees and directs all significant aspects of the financial, accounting, and financial compliance operations. She is also responsible for internal and external reporting for finance operations, including revenue forecasting, expense budgeting, and day to day accounting functions. Cathy also manages and directs the Human Resources Department. She has more than 25 years of experience in finance/accounting, human resources, and operations management , and holds a Masters in Six Sigma from Villanova University. |

| Robert Smith VP Technology
Robert has been involved in the Internet and web business since 1994 and has held key positions in Internet start-ups and technology companies in the UK. He currently heads up our e-Marketing activities and analysis from our UK base . In 1998 he was appointed as Technical Director for Oneview.net, an Internet start-up for Internet access and website design & hosting. Robert directed the companies technical services including dial-up, broadband and the provisioning of the hosting services for its customers. He also spearheaded the development for 2 large scale software developments. These included a system that could handle billing to its dial up clients, hosting services and domain registrations, plus an automated web design application that linked to the billing system. |
